Lucas is now 17. He was diagnosed with MW in January 2003 at Bath hospital Avon. Lucas has 2 brothers who do not have Mowat Wilson syndrome.

Lucas has severe behaviour problems along with severe developmental delay. Lucas was diagnosed with Hirschsprungs at 3 weeks old. He has epilepsy, which is well under control (eventually). Lucas only has about 5 words, He was walking by the time he was 3 1/2 and he walks with a broad gait. Lucas will always need 24 hour care as he has no sense of danger. All said and done Lucas has a very happy temperament unless he cannot have his own way, he can be very stubborn.
